Fish and I
If a fish could talk to me
It would say
"Miguel, why can't you swim with me?"
I would say "I can't swim with you because
You live in the ocean and I can't breathe
Under water that long"
"Hey"
"Who said that?!" I said
"It's me" said the rocks
"Stop stepping on me" I stopped stepping on the rocks
Me and the fish agreed that we would swim near the shore

Born To Be
I was born to be responsible because
I think it is very good to be responsible
I was born to be respectful because everybody in my family is respectful.
I was born to go to school so I can go to school.

I have a world in me
That loves me
That cannot jump
That is really beautiful
That I really love
I have a heart in me
That wants to give me life
That needs me in it
That has life in it
I have a secret in my heart, in me
That has love in it

What if the sun was on the ground?
What if the sun was on the ground?
It would be too hot
People wouldn’t be able to walk around
We would have to get wings
The cars would not have anywhere to drive
Because the wheels would be melted down
There would be nothing on the ground
Everything would be floating in the air this world would be a better place
Oops! I forgot there would not be any electronics
T.V. plantations, Xboxes, or even refrigerators
None!
Ah, yes that would be great

Go Tubman go. Clap goes the whistle. Boom went the ball as I passed it. Smack was the noise the ball made when they pass it to me. Swish is the noise when Ivan makes a goal. GGGGGGGOOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL is what my teammates say. Tweet, tweet goes the whistle and we go back to our positions. Blue ball or yellow ball that’s what the referee says. It was the end of the game and it was not lame.
